"KATZIBORERI
PRODUCCIONES"
Because the changes are important in the life, "Teatrolibre Producciones"
of Iquitos - Peru, it's from 2004, Katziboreri Producciones
New name, new image and new perspectives of creation.
Founded in October 1995, aimed at opening concrete possibilities
for scenic search and experimenting. We seek to disseminate,
promote and develop a theater with its own personality, with
independent and self-sustained productions.
Katziboreri has taken its presentations to various theater
festivals in Peru, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, France,
Nicaragua, Honduras and Colombia.
Declaration of principles
"Theater is a living force. Through it, we try to access
the sensitivity of our audience. We try to elicit a fire:
around us, in which to enjoy the heat it generates, receiving
all the creative force and power in the irreverence of its
flames and in the images that we feel it suggests and represents
"something" as we watch.
KATZIBORERI, is a search for the pure game, for the space
to develop activities, exercises and conversations.
The search, research and exploration of different scenic languages
are our main motivation, needed to create possible images
and to put into gear all the springs of a creativity, at times
asleep and forgotten, or not taken into its full limit.
Our work is useful in this sense because it activates the
memory and opens up a line of exploration that involves the
actor's body, voice and experiences, all of these as part
of the final search for an area of confrontation with the
audience.
